  • Arm balance workshop

    This 2-hour workshop is an opportunity to introduce arm balances into your practice. Requiring a combination of strength, control, and trust, these fun yet challenging poses can often seem a little overwhelming. In this workshop we will take the time to break down the mechanics of poses including:

    - Crow Pose (Bakasana)

    - Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana)

    - Flying Splits (Eka Pada Koundinyasana II)

    The workshop will start with a warm-up flow for mobility and strength, break down the mechanics of arm balances, and finally explore these poses in an invigorating flow.
